Revenue budget with incorrect logic

In the Actual vs. Budgeted logic in the "Budget" tab, the revenue logic is wrong.

If I had MORE revenue, I am in the red, if I had LESS revenue, I am in the green.

I imagine they copied the EXPENSE logic to REVENUE, and it looks strange...
