🔄 Improvement: Definition of responsible party (owner/payer) for credit card transactions

📌 Context

Currently, credit card transactions are linked to the user who made the purchase. However, in situations where the card is shared (couples, family members, partners, etc.), it is common for one person to make the purchase, but another to be responsible for the payment.

💡 Improvement proposal

Allow another person to be designated as the owner/payer of a given credit card transaction.

🧾 Suggested rules

1. Cash transaction

   • Possibility to select the person responsible at the time of entry.

   • By default, the person responsible remains the user who is registering.

   • It should be possible to edit this later.

2. Installment transaction

   • When defining a different responsible party, all installments must assume that responsible party by default.

   • If the user changes the person responsible later, the system should allow the change to be applied with the following options:

     • 🔹 Only in this installment

     • 🔹 In this and subsequent installments

     • 🔹 In all installments

3. Revert to default

   • It must be possible to remove the assigned responsible party and return to the default (current user).

   • Also respecting the options:

     • Current only

     • Current and later

     • All
